MeriScholarship offers various subscription plans for access to our premium content and features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you select (monthly, annual, etc.). Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account details and reason for the refund request.

In general, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing our Services and that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• Duplicate charges or other billing errors
• Within 7 days of initial subscription for first-time subscribers, provided you have not extensively used the Services

No refunds will be provided for:

• Partial use of a subscription period
• Cancellation after the refund period has expired
• Violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, data, and software, are the property of MeriScholarship or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Use our Services or content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content

7. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content to our Services, including but not limited to comments, reviews, feedback, and assignments (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in any media.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.
